Scrambled Egg With Coconut

Ingredients For 4 For 100
Eggs 4 100
Coconut 1/2 12
Red chillies 3 85 gm
Small onions 30gm 680 gm
Oil 15 ml 250 ml
Salt to taste 50 gm

Method

  1. Grate coconut; crush red chillies. Slice onions.
  2. Break eggs. Beat well. Add coconuts, onions, chillies and salt.
  3. Heat oil in a fry pan. Add egg mixture. As it starts setting, stir. Remove when cooked and serve immediately.
