Method
- Grate coconut; crush red chillies. Slice onions.
- Break eggs. Beat well. Add coconuts, onions, chillies and salt.
- Heat oil in a fry pan. Add egg mixture. As it starts setting, stir. Remove when cooked and serve immediately.
