| Cinnamon | 1.25 cm. (1/2") piece | 15 gm |
| Salt | to taste | 100 gm |
| Fat | 30 gm | 500 gm |
Method
- Hard boil and shell eggs.
- Grind to a fine paste coconut, chillipowder, peppercorn, cloves, cinnamon and salt.
- Slit eggs lenth wise and stuff with ground spices. Try with threads.
- Heat fat add sliced onions and brown.
- Add remainning spices and a little water and simmer till spices are cooked.
- Add eggs and bring to boil. Remove.
