Ingredients For 4 For 100
Eggs 4 100
Onoins 100 gm 2.5 kg
Coconut 50 gm 1.35 kg
Chilli powder 2-3 gm 85 gm
Peppercorns 3 10 gm
Cloves 3 10 gm
Cinnamon 1.25 cm. (1/2") piece 15 gm
Salt to taste 100 gm
Fat 30 gm 500 gm


Method

  1. Hard boil and shell eggs.
  2. Grind to a fine paste coconut, chillipowder, peppercorn, cloves, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Slit eggs lenth wise and stuff with ground spices. Try with threads.
  4. Heat fat add sliced onions and brown.
  5. Add remainning spices and a little water and simmer till spices are cooked.
  6. Add eggs and bring to boil. Remove.
