| Salt | to taste | 50 gm |

| Bengal gram flour | 30 gm | 680 gm |
| Soda bicarbonate | a pinch | 10 gm (about) |
| Salt | to taste | 50 gm |
| Oil to fry (absorption) | 30 ml | 500 ml |
Method
- Wipe ladies finger with a damp cloth and slitre.
- Grind together red chillies, pepper, turmeric, cinnamon and salt.
- Stuff ladies fingers with ground species.
- Prepare a thick batter with gram flour, water, salt and soda.
- Heat oil.
- Dip ladies fingers in batter and deep fry.
- Remove and drain on absorbent paper.
